1. Introduction
At Skills India (www.skillsindia.in), we understand that sometimes students or clients may need to exchange their selected courses or services. This policy outlines the conditions under which exchanges are permitted.
2. Exchange for Students (Courses)
- Students may request to exchange their enrolled course for another course of equal or lesser value within 7 days of enrollment.
- If the new course has a higher fee, the student must pay the difference.
- No exchanges will be allowed after 7 days of enrollment.
- To request an exchange, students must email help@skillsindia.in with their enrollment details and reason for the exchange.
3. Exchange for Clients (Digital Marketing Services)
- Clients may request to switch to a different service package within 7 days of signing the agreement.
- The new service must be of equal or higher value; any additional charges must be paid by the client.
- If the requested service is of lesser value, no refunds for the difference will be provided.
- Exchanges are subject to availability and feasibility of the requested service.
- Clients must send an email to help@skillsindia.in to initiate the exchange request.
4. Processing Time
- Exchange requests will be processed within 5-7 business days upon approval.
- Confirmation of the exchange will be sent via email.
5. Exceptions
- Exchanges will not be permitted for courses or services that have been fully completed.
- Any misuse of the exchange policy may result in denial of future enrollments or services.
